Fire Roasted Corn Guacamole | Recipe

Total Time: 20 minutes      Serves 4

Stirling Fire Roasted Corn Guac Photo


  • 1 cup canned ShopRite Organic Corn, drained and patted dry
  • ½ jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 2 ripe avocados, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ cup fresh salsa (mild or spicy)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven broiler. Lay corn in flat surface on baking sheet and broil 3-5 minutes until lightly charred and crispy, tossing occasionally. Let cool
  2. Mash together avocado, lime, cilantro, cumin and jalapeno. Stir in salsa and corn. Season with salt and pepper and serve!
