Healthy Veggie Pasta Salad

Ingredients:Vegetable Pasta Salad

  • 1 package whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 cup raw broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup reduced fat feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup Bolthouse Italian dressing

Directions:

Combine ingredients in large bowl until dressing is evenly dispersed and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
