Pumpkin Pie “Refrigerator” Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons flaxseed/chia seed blend
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia flax blend, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree.
- Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
- Refrigerate overnight or up to 7 days. Eat chilled.
