Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Pumpkin Pie “Refrigerator” Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons flaxseed/chia seed blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia flax blend, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree.
  2. Put lid on jar and shake until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or up to 7 days. Eat chilled.
