Mini Caprese Kabobs
- 1 pint cherry tomato
- 8 ounces bocconcini (mini mozzarella balls)
- Fresh basil, small leaves OR large leaves, torn
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
With each toothpick, spear 1 grape tomato, slice of basil & mini mozzarella ball. Once complete, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper over the kabobs. Enjoy!
