INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pint cherry tomato
  • 8 ounces bocconcini (mini mozzarella balls)
  • Fresh basil, small leaves OR large leaves, torn
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  • Toothpicks

DIRECTIONS

With each toothpick, spear 1 grape tomato, slice of basil & mini mozzarella ball. Once complete, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper over the kabobs. Enjoy!
