“Cookie Dough” Dip
- 1-15 ounce can of chickpeas
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- ¼ cup natural nut butter of your choice
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar (more to taste)
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Mix in chocolate chips!
