“Cookie Dough” Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-15 ounce can of chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup natural nut butter of your choice
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar (more to taste)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Rinse and drain chickpeas.
  2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips!
